1. The Installation Technology

1.1 Floor Examination

1.1.3 The strength of the base should not be lower than the requirement of the concrete strength c-20, otherwise suitable self-leveling will be adopted to strengthen the strength.

1.1.4 The test results of the hardness tester should be the surface hardness no less than 1.2 MBPS.

1.1.5 For the construction of the PVC flooring, base not flatness should be within 2 meters ruler fall of on any account is less than 2 mm, otherwise should adopt suitable self-leveling leveling.

1.2. Ground level pretreatment

1.4. Self-flow flat construction - stir

1.5. Self-leveling construction - laid

1.6. The shop of the floor - cut

1.7. The shop of the floor -- pasted

1.7.1 Select suitable glue and scraping plate suitable for PVC floor.
1.7.2 Roll up the end of the coil when it is spread. Clean the ground and the back of the paper first and then scrape it over the ground.

1.7.3 When the block is spread, please turn the block from the middle to the side, and then the back of the floor and the back of the floor.

1.8. The pavement of the floor -- exhaust

1.8.1 After the floor is pasted, first use the cork to push the surface of the floor to smooth and extrude air.

1.8.3 The excess glue on the floor surface should be erased in time.
1.8.4 After 24 hours, the grooves and welds will be carried out.

1.9. The pavement of the floor -- open seam

1.9.1 The slot must be made after the glue is completely solidified. Use the special grooves to open the groove along the seam, to make the welding firm and open seam not to be transparent, and suggest that the groove depth is 2/3 of the thickness of the floor.
1.9.2 At the end of the opening, please open the seam with the same depth and width.
1.9.3 Before the weld, the dust and debris left in the slot shall be removed.

1.10. The pavement of the floor -- the weld

1.10.1 A manual welder or automatic welding machine can be used for welding.
1.10.2 The temperature of the torch should be set at about 350 degrees.

1.11. The clean maintenance of the floor

1.11.1 PVC series floor is designed for indoor space, unfavorable to be laid in outdoor space.
1.11.2 According to the method recommended by the manufacturer, the cleaning agent should be used for regular cleaning.
1.11.3 Should avoid to toluene, banana oil, such as high concentration of solvent and strong acid, strong alkali solution has fallen to the floor surface, avoid using inappropriate tools and sharps spatula or damage the floor surface.

1.12. Relevant tools

1.12.1 Ground level ground handling: the earth's surface and humidity tester, hardness tester, floor polishing machine, high-power industrial vacuum cleaners, wool roller, self-leveling mixer, 30 liters self-leveling mixing barrel, self-leveling tooth scraper, spikes, their flat cylinder.

2. The construction method

2.1 Technical preparation

2.1.1 Be familiar with the floor plan
2.1.2 Define the construction content and analyze the characteristics of the project.

2.2 Tools to prepare

2.2.2 Material preparation

2.2.2.6 Indoor paint, brush and so on.
2.2.2.7 The basic level has been completed, no empty drums, cracks and oil pollution.
2.2.2.8 The indoor temperature is not more than 80%, construction environment temperature should not be below 10 ℃.

3. The construction process

Construction procedure
Basic processing - self-flow flat construction pre-laid - PVC installation - seam welding - clean the scene.

3.1 Basic processing

3.1.1 After the installation complete of metope, ceiling, door window and so on, clean the ground clutter clean.
3.1.2 Remove sand, grease, residue etc.

3.2 Self-leveling works

3.3 Paying off

3.3.1 According to design pattern, the glue floor specification, the room size, the dividing grid, the bullet line position.

3.4 Floor installation
